How It Works!

  Once a commitment contract is signed, we will send out your catalogs with order sheets. The duration of your Coffee Fundraiser should be about 3 weeks long. At the conclusion of your event, your organization will add up each teacher, team or groups orders and then send the payment with the order sheets and the Master Order Form. We include a prepaid shipping envelope, so all that needs to be done is to give the package to our shipper. FedEx or UPS. 
  
  As soon as all of your paperwork and payment has been received, we will immediately begin to roast and package your orders. Roasting and packaging will take about 2 weeks. Your order will then be shipped to your location a day or two prior to your announced pickup date. This is the day that your participants and supporters will come and pickup their products.

  All orders over $15,000.00 will be shipped free of charge. Orders under $15,000.00 will only be charged the actual shipping cost, not to exceed $200.00. There isn't a handling or crating fee. We pay for all boxes and shipping materials. If shipping costs exceed $200.00, then Coffee Fundraising pays the difference. Coffee is a heavy product as far as shipping goes, so we make our shipping rate reasonable so it does not become a deal breaker. However, all orders within 150 miles of our production facility will always receive free shipping regardless of order size. There is a $1000.00 minimum order to take advantage of our fundraising program. Orders over $30,000.00 will be shipped on one of our company trucks with two of our team members to help assist in distributing the orders. This truly helps to make pickup day a breeze!

  We offer a great profit percentage for the host. Starting at 40% and peeking at 50% of total sales, your event will exceed its fundraising goals! All percentages are based on sales, so calculating your percentage is as easy as adding up the amount collected row on the Master Order Form. Keep your percentage and send in the order with payment.
